Dr. Mahnaz Aslam represents the University of Turbat at International Forum in China

Dr. Mahnaz Aslam, Chairperson of the Education Department at the University of Turbat (UoT) visited the School of International Studies (SIS) of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) at both Zhuhai and Guangzhou campuses on 3rd and 4th July 2025, where she participated in a two-day international conference/forum on China-Pakistan Cooperation.
During the conference, Dr. Mahnaz Aslam presented a paper highlighting the dynamics of China-Pakistan relations, future challenges, and educational investments under the framework of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). She emphasized the potential for enhanced academic collaboration between the University of Turbat and Sun Yat-sen University in diverse areas of mutual interest.
On this occasion, Sun Yat-sen University agreed to offer MPhil and PhD. scholarships for students of the University of Turbat, paving the way for stronger educational ties and research collaboration between the two institutions.
