UoT Delegation Visits Affiliated Colleges to Inspect Ongoing ADP Examinations

Following the instructions of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, a delegation from the University of Turbat (UoT) visited various affiliated colleges on October 9, 2025, to inspect the ongoing Associate Degree Program (ADP) examinations.

The delegation included Mr. Ijaz Ahmed, Director Public Relations; Mr. Shakeel Ahmed, Deputy Controller of Examinations; and Mr. Nadeem Jan, Assistant Controller of Examinations. The team visited Government Boys' Degree College Gwadar, Government Girls' Degree College Gwadar, and Government Boys' Degree College Pasni.
During the visits, the delegation reviewed implementation of all standard examination protocols, including invigilation procedures and staff deployment, seating arrangements, adherence to examination schedules, discipline within examination halls, reporting mechanisms for unfair means and grievances, verification of student attendance records, confidentiality of question papers, quality of answer books, and other standards related to ensuring smooth conduct of examinations.

The team also held constructive discussions with college principals to improve the quality of academic and examination standards in AD and BS programs. The delegation appreciated the principals of the affiliated colleges and their team for their commitment to maintaining discipline during the examinations.
It is worth mentioning that the Vice Chancellor of UoT has already directed the Registrar’s Office, Quality Enhancement Cell, Affiliation Committee, Examinations Section, and Public Relations Office to strengthen academic and administrative coordination with all affiliated colleges, ensuring the continuous enhancement of the quality in AD and BS programs and the examination system in accordance with the University’s semester rules and the guidelines of the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
These initiatives reflect the University of Turbat’s continued efforts to promote quality assurance and institutional collaboration across all affiliated institutions in the Makran Division.
