UoT Aims to Make 3rd Convocation a Landmark Event in Its History

The fifth meeting of the Central Convocation Committee for the University of Turbat’s 3rd Convocation 2025 was held on September 16, 2025, under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdul Majid Nasir, Controller of Examinations and Convener of the Committee.
The meeting was attended by committee members, including Dr. Adeel Ahmed, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics, Dr. Riaz Ahmed, Director, Quality Enhancement Cell, Shabek Syed, Director Finance, Ijaz Ahmed, Director Public Relations, Dr. Kamal Ahmed, Project Coordinator, Chaker Hyder, Director Student Affairs, Siraj Ahmed, In-charge, Procurement Wing, Shahid Khalid, Deputy Registrar, and Shakeel Ahmed, Deputy Controller of Examinations.
During the meeting, the committee thoroughly reviewed the ongoing preparations and activities related to the successful organization of the 3rd Convocation. The convocation committee has proposed that the University’s upcoming convocation ceremony be held in the third week of November 2025.
The Convener, Dr. Abdul Majid Nasir, provided a detailed briefing on the progress of various tasks, including academic, administrative, financial, and logistical arrangements.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, while appreciating the committee's efforts, emphasized the importance of completing all arrangements on time to ensure the smooth conduct of the convocation. He encouraged the members to maintain close coordination among all subcommittees for the successful execution of the event.
The committee reaffirmed its commitment to making the convocation a memorable ceremony to honor the graduating students and celebrate their academic achievements.
The meeting concluded with a pledge from all members to work with dedication and teamwork to uphold the traditions of the Untext-justifyiversity of Turbat and to make the 3rd Convocation a landmark event in the university’s history.
